Welcome to Mistral Gymnastics Club 
Mistral Gymnastics Club was formed in September 2006 and is registered with British Gymnastics, the sport’s governing body. We are a non-profit-making organisation and run courses in general gymnastics and trampolining at the Taro Leisure Centre in Petersfield, Hampshire.
At Mistral Gymnastics Club, our philosophy is:

Make it safe
Safety for our gymnasts is paramount. We want you to feel comfortable that your child is in safe hands whilst they are with us and therefore, we take all possible precautions to make sure that they come to no harm. At the moment, we have a ratio of 3 coaches/helpers to 18 children and we use recognised progressions to teach various skills to reduce the risk of accident / injury.
Make it fun
It is important to us that our gymnasts enjoy themselves and that they want to keep coming. We provide a varied programme throughout the term to enable our gymnasts to learn new skills whilst having some fun.
Make it happen
We recognise that every child is an individual with different skills and talents. We work with each child to help them to achieve their personal goals whether it is learning to catch a ball or performing a sequence of moves on the trampoline. Throughout the term, the gymnasts will be working towards the British Gymnastics Awards in the various gymnastic disciplines so that they have clearly defined goals. In the future, it is hoped that there will be opportunities for our gymnasts to take part in competitions against other clubs.
